Shipping Rates

At Larkfield Global Trading, we strive to offer competitive and transparent shipping rates. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping (Contiguous US): Free on orders over $500. For orders under $500, a flat rate of $99 applies.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for select items. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Additional surcharges may apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
  • White Glove Delivery: Available for $199-$399 depending on item size. Includes in-home delivery, unpacking, assembly (if applicable), and removal of all packaging materials.

Processing Time

Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), processing times may extend to 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days from the date of shipment
  • Expedited Delivery: 3-7 business days from the date of shipment
  • White Glove Delivery: 10-21 business days from the date of shipment. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window.
  • Large/Custom Items: Some oversized or custom-made furniture pieces may require 3-6 weeks for delivery. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, and specialized furniture delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely. For large furniture pieces, we use dedicated freight carriers with experience in handling delicate items.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. Delivery Instructions

For standard deliveries, items will be delivered to your doorstep (curbside for large items). Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If you have specific delivery instructions (gate codes, preferred delivery location, etc.), please include them in the order notes during checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging our furniture to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, including replacement or full refund.

Please inspect all packages upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Take photographs of any damage for our records.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. Please contact us for international shipping quotes and availability.
