Return Policy Overview
At Larkfield Global Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your furniture, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all protective materials, hardware, and assembly instructions.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- You must have your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture: Items that have been customized to your specifications (custom fabrics, finishes, or dimensions).
- Assembled furniture: Items that have been fully assembled by the customer (unless defective).
- Clearance and final sale items: Items purchased at a discounted clearance price marked as "final sale."
- Items showing signs of use: Furniture with stains, scratches, odors, or other evidence of use.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call +1 (448) 223-3722 with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be pre-authorized. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA confirmation. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
For large furniture items, return shipping can be arranged through our freight partners. Please contact us for a return shipping quote before sending your item back.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Full refund: Items returned in original condition within 30 days.
- Partial refund: Items returned with minor cosmetic issues may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- No refund: Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until the claim has been resolved.
Warranty Claims
All Larkfield furniture comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience a quality issue covered under our warranty, please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Warranty claims are handled separately from our return policy and may be submitted at any time within the warranty period.
